Patrick M. Callahan is an experienced attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana. He received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University’s School of Law, a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University, and a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
He previously worked for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and the Health Care Bureau of the Illinois Office of the Attorney General. He has a significant background in professional licensing and state and federal regulatory matters. His broad practice includes state licensing board litigation, state and federal OIG matters, DEA investigations, Medicare and Medicaid credentialing, and numerous other areas of practice.
He also teaches graduate level courses in public health at Benedictine University and the Dalian Medical University in Dalian, China.
Patrick founded The Callahan Law Firm in 2023 to ensure that healthcare professionals can access experienced and ethical legal counsel from attorneys who genuinely care about their cases.
