With over 13 years of experience at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), Brandon has prosecuted cases across all licensed professions under the agency’s jurisdiction. He has held key leadership and prosecutorial roles, including Chief of Medical Prosecutions, Chief of Business Prosecutions, and Chief of General Prosecutions. Additionally, he has served as a Senior Prosecutor & Controlled Substance Specialist, focusing on pharmacy, dental, and nursing professions, as well as a prosecutor in the Division of Real Estate.
